- We're located in Eliana's Hall | Door 5
- Bldg 1 MS Land Matina (near Davao Light Matina). Walk-In Hours: 1-5 PM Daily.
- Q: What events do you accept?
- Birthdays, weddings, christenings, company & private events (30–500 pax).
- Q: What services do you offer?
- Outside or offsite catering.
- Q: Are there hidden charges?
- None. Only rate + transpo charge + published 1k security deposit (refundable via Gcash).
- Q: How to book/ask for quote?
- See our website. Find & click "ORDER FORM" button. Send event details.
- Q: Is there a downpayment?
- Reservation Date Block: ₱5,000 (deductible). Downpayment: 50% required to confirm booking. Balance: Due 3 days before event. PROMO applies only sa fully-paid orders.
- Q: Can we visit you hall personally?
- Yes, walk-in legit check visits **daily @ 1–5 PM** (caretaker onsite). Call Admin 0981 366 0744 for more questions. OBS (Online Booking System) is our main way of transaction.
- Q: Any corkages & other terms?
- No corkages for food, drinks, lechon, cakes, etc. Your own food is welcome.

- Advance order of ADDTL BUFFET GUEST is encouraged. Extend hour P500/hour.
- Q: What payment options?
- GCash, Maya, BPI, Security Bank, or Cash onsite (secure quote first before any payment). Always DM your proof of payment to our OFFICIAL PAGE.
- Q: Can we reschedule?
- Yes, subject to hall availability; payments no cancellation.
- Q: How many years is GCS in business?
- Thirteen (13) years already.
- Q: My event is on upper floor.
- It is fine, but we charge P300 additional fee per floor (with or without elevator).

- Q: How many viands?
- The P250 per head has 3 viands. The 350 per head has 4 viands. All plus rice, coke glass with ice, fruits dessert, free soup, buffet station servers, utensils, skirting, accents, lechon station. Lechon chopping tools for rent P150. Lechon Chopper P550.
- Q: What are the viands?
- Please see our poster P250 & P350. Choose 1 dish per category.
- Q: Do you have set menus (see menu list)?
- Yes, we have pre-made list.
- Q: Can we change the menu?
- Yes, you can swap dishes. Beef to Pork or Fish or Chicken. Chicken to Fish. Other items are add-orders.

- Q: Do you serve pork-free or vegetarian options?
- Yes, we can adjust the menu (halaal or SDA diet) — just inform us in advance.
- Q: Can we request additional dishes?
- Yes, add-ons are allowed with separate rates.
- Q: Do you include drinks and desserts?
- Yes, all packages come with coke (baso with ice), mineral water, and fruits dessert unless noted otherwise.
- Q: Is there food tasting?
- Yes, by appointment and subject to schedule. P1500 (3 viands) or P2,000 (4 viands) good for 2 pax as per poster food package inclusion.

- Q: Can we choose our color motif?
- Yes, choose up to 2 colors.
- Q: Do you offer balloon or decor setups?
- Yes, we have **add-on options** for balloons, florals, stage styling, cakes, lechon, food trays, packed meals, etc. Ask admin for rates.
- Q: Can I upgrade from P250 to P350 per head?
- Yes, you may do so.
- Q: When does cater setup start?
- Usually 1-2 hours before the event time. If with decor works, it will be a separate earlier schedule.
- Q: Can I request for VIP Waiter to serve VIP guests? Yes. Charge is P750 (12 VIPs).
